I was selected in the Cape Lookout special permit temporary duck blink lottery. I am looking for a contractor/carpenter to build and remove two duck blinds on the shoreline of Core Sound in the park. Should be built by 10/1/2022, and removed by 2/15/2023. GPS coordinates to be provided. Offering to share cost and share use of the blind for the season. Specific terms negotiable.
