Currently seeking maintenance technician for apartment community in Jacksonville. Responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, turning units and completing service request. Must have general knowledge of apartment maintenance with working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, carpentry and unit turns. Will consider applicants with a construction background with a good work ethic and desire to learn. Full time opportunity with competitive compensation.
