Day Porter Needed - First thing in the morning - part time

We are looking for a reliable, honest, and hard working day porter to service a retail shopping center in San Juan Capostrano. 18 Hours of work a week. $16.50 an hour. Compensated for gas & drive time between properties. Early morning work. 3 hours a day first thing in the morning. Job Duties: - Change trash receptacle liners. Wipe down lids - Pick up all trash and debris in parking lot, planters, and on sidewalks - Sweep out trash enclosures - Clean window mullions - Dust buildings for cobwebs - Use backpack blower to clear small debris and leaves from parking lots - Remove graffiti, flyers, and stickers - Wipe down handrails and light poles - Mop and spill clean up - Report any maintenance issues Schedule: Start time 6:00 am or earlier Work - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday OFF - Saturday & Sunday Please respond with: 1.
