Rental home cleanup with mice / droppings removal

I have a rental home in Gary, Indiana(Glen Park) that needs cleaning/ disinfected and removal of mice droppings and possible dead mice (I haven’t seen one ). The home has a couch and a refrigerator that needs removed as well as a couple boxes in the basement. The home is in pretty good shape with just basic cleaning and disinfection needed. I need this done asap before the weekend.
