Some repair work and knick knacks

I am in need of experienced persons for any of the following tasks: - electrical work; outlet needs repai, open ground needs fixing. Also help with installing dishwasher. Please be licensed and experienced. I'll need your license number and receipt to seek partial reimbursement from warranty company. - sprinkler system repair; a few heads are broken or leaking - Pressure wash pavers, the house exterior and paint. - weeding, raking leaves and general yard cleanup (this is minor work). -pool cage cleaning (neighbor needs this) - some light touch up paint job inside the house, repair some fixtures like towel hanger, etc - wood flooring repair; due to moisture, it is buckling and some of the pieces are lifting off the floor. I don't want to change the flooring and would like to keep the same wood for consistency with other flooring in the house. Just need someone that can patch it up and use something to lay them back down hopefully for a few months until I can consider some more permanent solution. Please have your own tools and transportation and I appreciate reliability. Also let's talk about your estimates. I appreciate people who are reasonable and fair with their quotes and not trying to take advantage of toner people. I won't respond to one line replies like " Is this still available?", "Do you still need help", etc. I'm more likely to respond to someone who provides some details about their experience relevant to what they want to fix and other pertinent information like availability.
