I have a Critter Nation, previously used for a pair of rats. It is single story, the flat pan got chewed up and was replaced with a deep metal pan from Bass Equipment Co. No rust or anything it was stored inside. Comes altogether. Has been sitting gathering dust since 2018, stored inside. Needs to go before 9/5 or its just going to go in storage and then I'm not dealing with it until it comes out. Its pre-assembled (Dimensions 36" L X 24" W X 39" H) so you'll need to figure out transport.
