Description
A backyard job that is about 1200 sq feet. The grass is currently dead in preparation. I need a couple of people who ideally have their own tiller or machinery to turn over the dead grass, smooth dirt and prepare for new grass to be planted.
There are no trees or obstacles. There are also about 5 bushes that are 5 feet high that have roots that are about 1 foot in diameter that needs to be removed. I estimate that the best situation is 2-3 people to complete the job in a 1-2 day period. Cash paid. This is for a residential property. Easy access for truck and equipment.
