Experience: Minimum 1 year of event or restaurant banquet experience preferred Duties & Responsibilities: · Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the event space. · Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations. · Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and abc policies. · Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. · Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns. · Present in professional appearance and mannerisms. · Serves guests food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner. · Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. · Ability to keep event management or kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression. · Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water carafes and being alert to patron spills or other special needs. · Complete assigned side work at the beginning, during, and at end of shift. · Perform all other duties as assigned.
