The ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Your impact at work: You will support the Production Supervisor and Production team members to achieve production goals You will be cross trained in all departments and work with the operations team to guarantee the operation is running smoothly. You will look for opportunities to improve efficiency in the production process. You will ensure your team is following all Food Safety, GMP, and warehouse safety policies. You will encourage creative problem-solving, collaboration and team building across the operation. Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 am start Hours and days may fluctuate due to volume and company needs, occasional Saturdays may be needed. Pay and Benefits: Starting at $18.50/hr.
