Topic: Negotiating Real Estate Deals and Implementing Creative Strategies! Derek will share case studies of direct to seller off market deals he has completed. This meeting will be focus on implementing creative deal strategies, not a 10,000 foot view on subject 2, or seller financing, etc. Emphasis placed is on buying and controlling the asset with leases, options, and other valuable "paper". There will be time for Q/A during each case study, and he will get through as many case studies as time allows. Bring a pen, there are going to be nuggets left and right out of this meeting!
