Learn new ways to enjoy and benefit from your favorite garden plants. Flowers and herbs are key ingredients in many commercial health and home products. They keep us healthy, add beauty to our lives and improve our relationships. Janice Cox, Author of Natural Beauty from the Garden, will share her love of flower gardening and how you too can grow and use garden blooms to create body care products, home crafts and as an edible enhancement to your dishes and drinks. Each participant will take home a signed copy of Janice’s latest workbook: Beautiful Flowers (Ogden 2021) along with four body care products (a floral infused lotion, dahlia bath salts, calendula facial mist and a multi-use lavender skin balm) all created during this “hands on” workshop.
