This class will teach you the basics of bowl turning using traditional tools. You will learn different methods of safely mounting the stock to the lathe using faceplates, 4 - jaw chucks, jam chucks and Wormwood screws. You will learn techniques such as riding the bevel, shear scraping and parting the bowl from the tenon.
