Job Description Signet Maritime Corporation has an opening for a Procurement Assistant/ Warehouse/ Runner / Delivery for Jacksonville Fleet Operations. Successful candidates will be expected to work with the office staff as well as crewmembers onboard the vessels. Signet employees are our greatest asset, and we are seeking a talented, motivated, safety-minded individual to support our operations. The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, priority-changing environment is a necessity. The successful candidate will become an important team member, an essential and valued employee supporting the Signet Team. Duties and Responsibilities • Receive and verify materials • Management of the Warehouse and all stock contained therein • Strengthen current customer loyalty by enhancing the services provided • Work closely with HSSEQ to create a safety culture throughout the organization and to ensure a safe working environment for our office and boat personnel • Maintain and control accurate vessel supply inventory aboard all assigned vessels • Reports directly to both the Assistant Manager, Procurement & Facilities Services and the Assistant Manager, Marine Operations, US East Coast & The Caribbean • All other tasks as assigned Qualification • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required • No Criminal Background Additional Notes • Signet Maritime Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes diversity in the workplace • If selected for employment, the successful applicant's employment will be subject to passing a routine drug test and criminal background check • Signet Maritime Corporation is a tobacco-free company • Signet Maritime has a dress code policy- No facial hair, short hair for males, clean cut and shaven, no visible tattoos, no piercings, women permitted one pair of earrings in the earlobes-no gauges Job Type: Full-time – Benefits Email resumes
