Join the League of Women Voters for drinks and dinner on Sept. 28! Our featured speaker will be Dr. Eddith Dashiell, Director of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. Dr. Dashiell will continue our conversation about the importance of local journalism in upholding democracy. In addition, our special guest, Ann Fisher, host of 'All Sides with Ann Fisher', will join Dr. Dashiell on stage for a discussion about local journalism. Updates on LWVMC and LWV Ohio priorities for the fall election season will also be discussed. Dinner selections are $35 each. Please choose between Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce, Pork Loin with Peach Ginger Sauce or Portobello Mushroom Cap.
