October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and we are resuming our annual breakfast again this year! Thursday, October 20 from 8am - 10am, we will be hosting our breakfast at the Waldorf Jaycees. Our speaker this year will be LaShawn Ricks. She witnessed domestic violence growing up. Join us as we hear how domestic violence impacted her life and how she got her new beginning. All proceeds will go to CAP and to help us do what we do best- provide services to domestic violence and sexual assault victims, as well as others in crisis in Charles County.
