We are a global marketing firm who is looking to hire multiple Customer Service representatives in our Downtown Manhattan office. As a customer service representative you will work processing customer enrollments, filling out forms, customer verification, maintaining customer confidentiality, following systems/guidelines one on one with customers.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS.
✓ 18 years of age or older
✓ Authorization of working in the United States.
✓ Able to work a full time schedule (40Hours)
✓ Desire to HELP people.
✓ Reliable, dependable team player.
✓ Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
✓ Bi- Lingual is a PLUS, not required.
This position is NON-remote which means we need someone that will be able to commute to the office
Monday -Friday
11:30am-8:30pm
Saturday's
10:00am-5:00pm
Interviews are being conducted TODAY.
Candidates with customer service experience will be ideal for the positions we have available although experience is not required as we do offer training.
