Jared Polis LIES about the refund his legislature is sending you. He has the AUDACITY to call it "Colorado Cashback" and state your refund was influenced by something he did. The reality is that our Taxpayer Bill of Rights...TABOR...is the reason we're ENTITLED to these refunds. TABOR is part of the Constitution of Colorado. Jared Polis and his legislature have been whittling away at TABOR since seizing power in Colorado. A couple years ago they "successfully" misled Colorado voters to change TABOR with a deceptively worded initiative that affects how residential property taxes are held in balance using a formula correlating to business property taxes...be ready for it to start taking effect. Gas taxes...fugeddaboutit Kalifornia liberalism...DITTO Voters BEWARE!!!
