Trinity Industries Corp is seeking licensed equipment operators with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our commercial snow removal division and participate in snow removal operations at one or more of the high volume retail centers we maintain throughout MetroWest & Worcester. * Individuals must be willing to put in long hours! Operators will be expected to exhibit proficient use of various sizes of CAT wheel loaders and/or skid steers. All equipment is fleet maintained and in excellent condition. Operators shall be responsible for maintaining and keeping clear all travel lanes, entrances and exits during any winter weather event, parking spaces occupied during the storm shall be promptly cleaned after business hours. Following accumulating snow events operators must be available to load snow into trucks for offsite disposal. Hourly rate starts @ $40.00/HR.
