Creative Housing Swap? SF Bay for Brooklyn

Hey there, My name is Jaren, I'm a musician, teacher, and concert organizer based in the San Francisco Bay – beautiful Berkeley, to be specific. I'm curious if any musicians want to swap cities for a month or two. I've spent years building out a sweet home rehearsal studio in the backyard of my cooperative – multiple pianos, a drumset, instruments, amplifiers, mixers, speakers, everything you'd need to record an album. It's attached to a large bedroom that is really sweet too, that could work great for 1-2 people. The two rooms would rent for a combined $1600 (but again, I'm looking for a swap). Right now, I am interested in spending a month or two in Brooklyn (ideally October / November) to be with someone I've recently fallen in love with. Romantic, I know. I would like land in a spot where I can record music – either a home studio, or a rehearsal studio space. Even just a place with a piano would be good.
