Dogs of any age can be trained! If your dog is over 5 months of age, and whether or not you just graduated from Puppy Class, just added a four-legged family member or are just getting started with training, this is the class for you! Maybe your dog already knows a thing or two, or maybe you are starting from scratch - this is the class for you! We will make sure that your dog is challenged at the appropriate level. ​ In Basic class, we will cover behaviors such as sit, down, wait, stay, come when called, walk nicely on a leash, "leave that alone," "spit that out" and more! We will also start to add some distance, distractions, and duration to some of these behaviors and help incorporate everyday situations into them such as "wait there while I answer the door" or giving your dog the "OK" to "Go say hello" as well as "Wait there until further notice." This 6-week, 1-hour class is open to any dog 5 months or older. Our highly skilled trainers are here to help you every step of the way! With Covid 19, please read the following: - Payments MUST be made upon registration in order to secure a spot in the class. Due to the social distancing restrictions, class participation is going to be strictly limited and therefore we cannot hold a spot without payment. - Masks are recommended but no longer required when indoors in our facility.
