Who can refinish my deck?

Got two decks, both mahogany that looked great when new, but after several winters have gone gray. Power-washing gets the boards clean but they are still rough. Might need sanding as well. Some boards uneven. Would consider flipping the boards for better appearance. Please have deck experience.
