Join this small group of local female entrepreneurs for some genuine connection and relaxing yoga on Fri., 8/26, at 5:30 PM. We'll be at the waterfront park in Dobbs Ferry to make new friends, share our passions, and have some fun together. We hope to see you there! Details: Location: Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park - 87 Ogden Park, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522 (map) Time: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM - Meet + Greet and thoughtful icebreakers 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Guided meditation + yoga Tickets: $10 - Ticket sales end at 5:00 PM on Fri., 8/26. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled and refunds, minus Eventbrite's non-refundable fee, will be issued. Light refreshments will be provided. Meet Your Yogi Griffin Rose began practicing yoga in 2015 and found her passion for teaching it in 2017 while living and studying at Ananda Ashram in Monroe, NY. She leads a unique, mindful, and fun vinyasa with a focus on breath and finding comfort and groundedness of the body in space. You will leave her class feeling fresh, free, and centered, ready to tackle the stresses of life with a sense of calm and focus.
