Sun Rise Yoga is an all levels vinyasa flow. Drop-in is $20 or first time students can pay $35 for a week of unlimited yoga! Other packages available. The studio has mats, blocks, blankets, and bolsters you can borrow for class if you need them. Yogadana values the philosophy of yoga and encourages its students to respect their own bodies and inner lights both on and off the mat.
