Mow down 3' weeds in back + front yard + Haul a pool table away

Tenants left our property full of 3' weeds. They area that needs to be mowed is ~50'x50' in the back yard and 50'x20' I the front yard. You must have your own equipment that is capable of mowing down tall weeds. A regular push lawnmower will not work. Must haul weeds away. The tenants also left a HEAVY old pool table in the yard. The back gate opens wide enough to drive up to the pool table to load and haul away. The first two pics are of the weeds now the pics with green grass is before the tenants ruined the yard so you can get a better idea of the area. Must be done asap. Preferably tomorrow or Thursday at the latest. $150 total (including dumping fees) if you can mow the front, back and haul away the yard debris and pool table. No solicitors
