16 Hour Illinois Concealed Carry Class. Illinois Concealed Carry Class. Two day 16 hour class required to get your carry permit. 9am to 515p/530p both days The classroom Location: Ispera Defense Systems at 42 Terry Dr. Sugar Grove, IL 60554. There is a $25 cash range fee due the day of class Please bring your handgun(s), a holster, 200 rounds of ammo, some snacks, beverages (no alcohol), eye and ear protection. We shoot on an outdoor range, so bring appropriate clothing. If you do not have a holster please let us know. For Military exemption for the 8 hour course. You will need to bring a copy of your DD214 to class. Please contact us first before registering. No ammo in the classroom, all weapons need to be cased. All FOID laws apply to weapon transport.
