Join Cape Fear CREW members on an exclusive construction tour led by GC Thomas Construction of the about-to-deliver nCino Headquarters space. The expansion at the Wilmington headquarters of fintech firm nCino will allow for 600 new employees. nCino, founded in Wilmington, is continuing to invest in Wilmington. The expansion includes a new parking deck which accommodates 640 vehicles as well as a 90,000 square foot office building adjacent to the main HQ building. The core and shell design responds to the context of the surrounding built environment and exterior façade renovations to the existing building help to merge the old and the new. Inside, a coastal-inspired materials palette unifies diverse collaboration and amenity areas. The project is being managed by co-developers Cameron Management and Trask Land Co. nCino has engaged Jones Long LaSalle (JLL) of Charleston, SC to facilitate the management of their new office upfits, existing building improvements, and outdoor amenities.
