Remodel Employee Ad *** MUST BE EXPERIENCED *** I'm looking for an hourly employee who can do 1 or 2 of the following things for my crew. The more you know how to do well, the better. I need competent workers to help remodel complete tear downs. ** Leave NAME, CELL #, and Your Specialty of all listed below. I pay CASH at the end of the week.** ** Neat and Clean worksite required !!! ** - Electrical or Plumbing (Must be familiar with current codes to pass permit requirements, No license required just knowledge) - Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel (Cabinets install, countertops install, Shower surround and toilet install, vanities, etc.) - Framing of houses (Roof repair, new room frame out, pest repair of joist and frame, etc) - Roof repair (Metal, and shingle roof repair) - Drywall (Take down, Put up, Tap and floating ceilings and walls, texture. Fast and clean work) - Paint (Exterior and Interior Paint specialist, Painting Walls, Metal Roofs, Etc. Prefer having your own Paint Rig) - Flooring (Laminate, Ceramic, and Vinyl). Needs to be able to lay this correctly, fast and seamless. Pattern book matching required. - Trim, Cabinetry & Counter Tops, and Interior/Exterior Door frames - Foundation Repair - Pier and Beam leveling, foundation repairs - General Laborer (run Brush Hog, Weed Eat property, Cut down Trees, remove trash, Cut Grass, Clean Interior and Exterior location, Mop and sweep interior, clean windows fans and shelves, run errands locally, etc)
