Join the Linoma chapter of the Armed Women of America as we host a United States Concealed Carry Association workshop on Personal and Home Protection Planning. You will have an opportunity to learn The purpose of a personal and home protection plan.Conflict avoidance and why it’s so important.Situational awareness and how to practice the color codes of awareness while observing your environments.Concealed carry permits and how the law impacts decision making and options.Home security and home defense best practices and how to assess your personal and home protection status now and what you can do to improve it.Mental exercises to assist you in developing the defensive mindset.Our workshop is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and concludes with an optional to attend presentation by Delta Defense. Those not wishing to attend that portion of the meeting are invited to join us at our social location RET Grill and Bar upon conclusion of the workshop. Range sessions are going to focus on precision marksmanship from the seated position. Two attendees per lane in the AWA Bay. Open shooting under ladies' night for those who are unable to register an AWA range session. New Member Orientation is from 5:20-5:40. The classroom is closed until 6 p.m. to accommodate new member orientation and class set up. Please do not enter until 6 p.m. unless attending new member orientation. 3 Range sessions are available now. Range sessions are members only. Guests should simply register for the meeting only Level 1 from 5:00-5:20 Level 3 from 5:20-5:40 Level 2 from 5:40-6 p.m.
