Dry Guys is growing and we are in need of a part-time and full-time general laborer to join our team! We are a local IICRC-certified company serving Whatcom and Skagit counties. The Position Entry Level General Laborer: Daily duties will mostly include construction demolition in homes and businesses that have had some kind of damage due to water, fire & smoke, or mold. There will be room for growth in the company over time; learning the industry and possible training and certification for the right person. Requirements • Must be 18yrs old • No experience is needed – we will train you – IICRC certifications or similar work is helpful. • Able to lift at least 40lbs • Valid driver’s license • Must be a team player • Must be motivated and a hard worker • Willing to work with the public in a kind and empathetic manner – most of our clients have experienced an emergency or damage of some sort to their home or business. We work to treat all of our clients like family and ensure that they and their property are appropriately cared for. Pay Wage is DOE with benefits for full time.
