Trump believes that laws apply to poor people, middle class people, brown people, skinny people, asian people, immigrants from the south, gay people.... But Trump does not believe the laws should apply to wealthy white people. Unless of course you are Hillary. That is one wealthy white person Trump makes an exception for.
