Looking for an experienced technician that has experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, or electrical work. Technician needs to be self-motivated and able to efficiently communicate and manage their time to fulfill work orders servicing 500+ doors consisting of multi and single-family homes and commercial bays in the Omaha, Lincoln, and Council Bluffs areas. Technician will perform regular and preventative maintenance and must be able to diagnose and correct issues in a timely manner. Must be able to work flexible work day hours primarily during regular business hours with availability on nights and weekends for emergency calls. Candidate need not be experienced in all three areas to apply.  Job Requirments: 2-3 years minimum in an HVAC/Plumbing/ Electrical position Valid Driver's license - a vehicle will be provided for work-related trips Must be able to regularly carry 60 pounds High school diploma or equivalent
