Hello! I've been delaying a routine pelvic exam and am overdue for an IUD removal due to a series of bad or botched past experiences with several providers. If anyone has any verified decent experiences with a trauma-informed provider that made them feel comfortable during their exam, I would greatly appreciate a referral and am willing to pay out of pocket if they're out of medi-cal network. Preferably located in North Bay but willing to travel to East Bay or San Francisco. Thank you!
