Join me Tuesday, September 20th at 6pm, as I coach you through Shimmy Chic Fitness™ - an energetic and fun workout program based on the ancient art of belly dance - but with a modern twist!
This class provides both calorie-burning cardio and muscle-toning moves, along with increased flexibility, grace and sense of self. All levels welcomed!
Cost: $15 | Please make sure to register no later than 5pm on 9/20 using the registration link!
How to Prepare:
• Please bring a yoga mat and bottled water.
• Wear clothing that is fitted and of breathable material.
• Wear a hip scarf even if it's just plain fabric.
• Shimmy Chic™ can be done barefoot. Do not wear socks, they will be too slippery.
• It is recommended to have your hair secured.
After class, please stay and enjoy a social hour over some tasty post-workout protein shakes!
