Musicians wanted: New Chicago rock group Reigning Willows is seeking several skilled and creative minds to join the band. Parts needed: Lead Guitarist: Must have good blues/roots rock chops. Able to blend well in a mix, but can still stand out and crush a solo. Creativity and ability to write own parts. Slide guitar experience a plus. Drummer: Great pocket drummer, rock/pop experience, must be able to write own parts. Keyboardist: Ability to play rock/blues piano and organ. Hand percussion or extra instrument (guitar, banjo, etc) a plus. Must be able to write own parts. We will be playing pretty much all original music. This is not a casual “every-once-in-awhile” band, we are looking to play gigs and rehearse as often as possible. We write lots of harmonies, so the ability to sing well while playing is a huge plus. Must have your own high-quality equipment. Approximate ages 21-35.
