2004 Expedition - Major vibration at high speed

Description

I recently purchased this 2004 Expedition. It had a vibration that started about 50mph and got worse at higher speeds. I figured I would try tires first as the old tires had very little tread. I drove the truck about 1000 miles with the new tires, and while the vibration was less at lower than 65, it was still there. Now, after the full 1000 miles the vibration feels the same as before the new tires. I know there could be several causes, but as bad as the vibration is there has to be a major issue that would help considerably. I use this truck for deliveries to and from Texas. 4000 miles every 2 weeks. Pulling a trailer. I am hoping to find someone who really knows these 2nd gen Expys/Ford trucks. I am always needing repairs, maintenance, upgrades, etc done. These 5.4 engines work good for the amount of weight I pull. And these Eddie Bauer Expys have good space and rear A/C, etc for sleeping in the back when I dont want to pay for a motel. Currently...if I can get the vibration problem narrowed down...I would like to do: Front brakes upgrade...probably 4 wheels but front at a minimum A/C vacuum line leaks found and fixed 4wd vacuum system thorough exam for leaks, hub condition, etc... New 10 inch "stereo" installed (mainly used for maps) Shocks/struts on all 4 Front end suspension kit installed 2-3 inch lift on the back suspension 2 windows tinted Diagnose rattle under hood...suspect its a pulley needs replaced Etc... Email if you believe you are qualified. I am in Miami/Ft Laud every 2 weeks for 2 days. So when in town I would like to get a project done on the truck each trip.
