This 16 x 10 ft space has opened up for a band and/or music producers. Tucked away in its own corner and insulated, this can make a great recording studio or legit jam space. This is a room within a room with the larger space housing two stages, one that is nearly done being built, equipped with a sound booth, mixer, and full PA. Hoping to find like-minded individuals interested in throwing small live production. This could also be a fantastic space for other trades, repairing musical equipment, etc. It has all sorts of really sturdy shelving to get unused equipment off the ground. Flexible availability on which rehearsal nights would work (pretty much any night other than Thursday at the moment.) All equipment in the pictures will be gone before move in. You never have to load/unload gear between practices/studio sessions. $330 a month. Serious musicians only. Hoping you are ready to move in beginning of September but can be flexible.
