What we are looking for: We are seeking a dedicated Woodshop /Picture Framer Associate to join our team immediately! A Woodshop /Picture Framer Associate is responsible for delivering quality frames and bars to the assembly line on time. They are also responsible for completing all the pieces assigned to them the by end of each shift. Most important factors: Commitment to Quality and the Team! In this role you will be responsible for: - Prepare work area daily to ensure efficiency and safety - Work with the Team Lead to ensure quality frames are an outcome - Work closely with production machinery - Delivering same-day floaters frames, shadow box frames, plastic frames, and steel bars on-time to the assembly line - Maintaining Workstation Clean & Organized - Compliance with safety guidelines What you’ll need to bring to the table: - 2 Years of framing or carpentry experience preferred, not required - Experience with manual labor - Highschool Diploma preferred, not required - Dexterity; skills in performing tasks, especially with hands - The ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Pride in the work you deliver - Respect for yourself and others - Commitment to the customer and the brand promise - High-quality standards - Manage a high volume of work - Keen attention to detail - Able to avoid distraction - A great attitude!
