LAW Healthcare Receivables, LLC $15 to $19 Hourly Full-Time Running Man Concierges: Job description: We are looking for the right candidate to work from our Gwinnett county location. This is a hands on job. This role requires regular communication with management to insure all responsibilities and work performed is done to company and industry standards. The right candidate will be detail oriented and have a passion for building and installing beautiful, ecological landscapes with a growing company. The job involves maintaining a variety of landscape structures that range from typical grassy areas like lawns or gardens to more granular items such as houseplants. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building and maintaining beautiful gardens and grounds. Responsibilities and Duties: Meet with review the jobs and tasks for the day. Work with design team to craft installations including: flower and landscape beds, raised garden beds, sod, paver patios, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting and other hardscapes. Willingness to "get dirty" by weeding, ripping out plants & hardscapes, pruning, moving materials, edging, transplanting, laying sod, and using gas-powered equipment. Apply pesticides to remove harmful insects such as mosquitos, wasps, and ticks Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways and fixing fountains Trim and edge around walks, flower beds and walls Maintain a level of tidiness and professionalism at job sites and throughout the community. Minimum Qualifications: Experience in landscape installation, hardscape installation, organic gardening. Carpentry skills are a plus. Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers, chains saws, rototillers, trenchers Some knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance High level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work within a team and independently on assigned job tasks. Desire to complete projects in a safe and efficient manner. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule & Salary: Position is full-time, Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm Starting pay $15-$19/hour, depending on experience.
