These dogs don’t grow big and are super light. So he is great for apartments or people that don’t want big dogs.   Brother bought this puppy from a reputable breeder all paperwork is included with purchase.  Brother is unable to properly care for it due to medical issues.  “Rejoining fee” of $2000, negotiable.
