Have you ever thought about investing in real estate but don't know how to start? Have some extra money that was not working for you? Do you have questions about financing options? Do you enjoy watching flip that house and think it would be fun? Do you want to be a landlord but not a property manager? We are starting the Chester County Investors Group. We are opening this up to our Community before the public. Seating will be limited so that we can get real value out of each meeting. Join us the 3rd Wed of the Month on Sept 21 for our first meeting. At this meeting we will be setting expectations, listening to what YOU need from the group, handing out free copies of the MREI (millionaire real estate investor) and overall keeping it real. We are not getting into scammy ways to buy houses with other people's money that you don't know, or placing 6th liens on grandma's house. We are building solid investments that will work for you over time. Just common sense talk with real examples from our personal experience of flipping, owning a property management company and having a 35-door portfolio.
