Rehoming of Pomeranian

Shes Pomeranian. She followed us home from a walk one day and we cant keep her. She wont leave on her own and I refuse to just leave her outside at my door. Im not sure how old she is but she’s extremely sweet and playful. Need her rehoused asap as we are moving soon as well and definitely cant take her.
