Our lovey, cuddly Emy needs a new forever home. She is a long haired dachshund mix. 4 yrs old. She has had her shots and is not spayed. She loves laps and belly pets. Loves to sleep under the covers. Doesn’t mind bathes, and loves to be blow dryed as long as you don’t blow her in the face. She loves walks, and to play with her raccoon she’s had since she was seven weeks old. She’s super intuitive and smart. So many natural instincts including herding and protecting her people and her food. She loves to be on a good schedule, so if you forget to fill her bowl she will tell you. She knows how to tell you she needs to go outside but also will go potty on a pad if you tell her too. And has been the best emotional support dog! Unfortunately, my life has taken a sudden turn because of the economy and I can’t take care of her anymore. I’m hoping to find the right person for her soon cause poor baby is feeling all of my stress. I am looking for someone who is looking for a companion.
