Employment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced material handler to fill an opening at a manufacturing company located in Commerce City, CO. The ideal candidates should be willing to do a wide variety of tasks to complete the job. Requirements of the Material Handler: • Ability to accurately read a tape measure • Ability to operate forklift and overhead crane utilizing pendant or radio controls • Ability to lift 50lbs • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, inside and outside • Responsible for providing error free work to all external and internal customers • Must be able to distinguish color, regardless of position of colors • Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time • Able to pass a drug screen • High School Diploma or GED • Possess soft skills and can be reliable • Have reliable transportation • Willing to work in a team environment • Equipment experience a HUGE PLUS but not required for all positions • Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits of the Material Handler: • Flexible Hours • Weekly Pay • Full Time • Long-Term, Contract-to-Hire • Early Check Program (with a fee) • Referral Program (can earn up to 1,000 dollars by just referring your friends!) • Attendance Program (can earn up to 1,000 dollars just by showing up to work!) • Health Insurance Responsibilities of the Material Handler: • Operation of forklift • Stacking and banding processed material • Lifting/hand pulling material • Climbing on and off semi-trailers • Operation of oxy fuel hand torch • Operation of 10 ton overhead crane • Operation of side loader • Pulling/staging product • Lifting of overhead chains/hooks • Maintaining work area • Constant bending and/or squatting • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor • Show up with a positive and can do attitude 1st and 2nd shifts available! $17 - $22/hour depending on experience!
