Welcome to KO’VSKY MILL & TIMBER Our Rates and Services: Call today to turn your Logs into valuable Lumber! We operate in Pelzer, SC. Just 20 minutes from Greenville SC We have a 2022 Portable Woodmizer LT35 Hydraulic and can produce any cut you need in your logs, it can cut logs up to 21’ foot long and take 32” diameter logs. Service Rate is $80 / hour in our lumber yard. You can bring your logs, we can include the tractor to unload and load to your trailer, our price is very competitive. We also offer services to your location, the rate is $100/hour with a 4 hour minimum. • Transportation fee is my hourly rate for one way from Pelzer SC, if it’s 30 minutes away - $50, if it’s one hour away - $100. • If a blade is damaged due to metal, like nails or screws, in your logs the fee is $40. • If you would like me to bring an assistant, that is $25/hour, that saves cost and increases production.
