Windshutters is an installation, manufacturing, service and repair company for all types of hurricane protection including motorized roll shutters, accordion shutters, impact windows and doors, impact fabrics and more. The owner is a General Contractor so we do not subcontract our employees. We work on Residential and Commercial Buildings. We are looking for a technician that can bring the skills they have learned in other trades and gear them towards learning a new specialty skill in Hurricane Shutter Installation. Experience or no experience, we are a job that you learn while in the field. Florida is always vulnerable to weather and hurricane's so there is never a shortage for demand, especially with the rate of new construction and influx of new owners! Daily installs can involve ladders, scaffold, swing stage and lift work -Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and more -Basic tools to start -Must be able to accurately read measuring tape and knowledge of power tools We offer: 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm.
