Morrissey/Pulp-influenced. Want to start a band.

I'm 39, play guitar, bass and sing but feel like starting a band that evokes the 90's british vibe of Morrissey, Pulp, etc... Watch the video for Pulp's "Common People" and that's what I'm talking about. I would need someone with a place to rehearse as I live in an apartment. I work full time so this would start as casual jamming and we could go from there. I would ideally like the lineup to be: Singer Guitar Bass Keyboard Drums
