Drummer Needed for Loud, Heavy Band

We're a four piece band looking for a drummer. We currently have a fill in drummer who's been a fantastic resource for us, but we'd like to find someone who can fully commit. We sort of straddle the line between metal, hard rock, and hipster music. We're super riffy, kinda sludgey, kinda mathy, with clean female vocals. We've been compared to a band called Windhand. Our influences include: Melvins, Black Sabbath, Tool, Floater, Deftones, Whores, Jesus Lizard, Screaming Females, L7, Helmet, Faith no More, Rollins Band, Rage Against the Machine, and randomly Portishead. We heavily value the groove factor so our rhythm section is very important to us. In a drummer, we're mainly looking for a strong ability to play in odd time signatures, VERY strong dynamics, and a reasonably available schedule. (We all have day jobs so of course we understand the struggle.) We rent a rehearsal space in midtown Ventura with a full drum kit. We have eight songs that are either complete or near complete and are getting ready to record a demo and start booking some local gigs. If you're interested, we are more than happy to send you a couple recordings so you can decide if you like what you hear, and have an idea of what to expect if you decide to jam with us. We already have quite a few drum parts mapped out for our songs, but with that said, we're also happy to hear what you have to bring to the table creatively.
