Apply on Indeed Local: Retail Remodel Merchandiser Falcon Retail Solutions is seeking motivated, hard-working merchandisers and fixture installers to join our local project in Hagerstown, MD in a large retail box store. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and energetic and positive attitudes. We offer hands-on work, in a team environment with a consistent schedule We are only accepting "local hires" who live within 30 minutes of the store and have reliable transportation. Pay range $15-$18.00 per hour*. (NOTE: Per diem and lodging is only provided for travelers. There will be no consideration of either for locals.) Individuals who finish the project in good standing may be offered the opportunity to become a traveling rep. Traveling reps traverse the country working on projects, earning additional funds in the form of per diem and having their lodging covered. Typical work includes de-merchandising (unstocking) and cleaning shelves, removing old fixtures, installing new fixtures, adjusting shelves and pegs, moving products from one area of the store to another, restocking shelves, placing new labels and price tags, and replacing or installing new signage. Requirements: Experience reading planograms with store resets/remodels, retail fixture installations, and merchandising is preferred. Knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job (hammer, screwdriver, tape measure, etc). Must be able to follow directions and work in a team environment. The ability to pass background, work history verification, and drug screening checks. Personal cell phone and a valid email address. Ability to stand for long periods of time with the ability to kneel, bend and squat, reach overhead, pull and grasp, throughout an 8+hour shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
