I brought my PET cat to Animal Aid to neuter. A gray haired lady took him in. When I picked him up from the same lady later that day he looked weird. I questioned the lady & she said he was ear tipped. I was very upset. The lady said "oh my bad" was her explanation. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that's me BEWARE OF THIS PLACE unless you want your pet mutilated.
