We are hiring someone who can multi-task with a crew. We have renovation projects. We are not looking for contractors who hire contractors who are handymen and charge us 2 to 3x what the job is worth. We want to deal straight with the contractors during the job. We need demo done first. We need painters, installers for flooring, plumbers, and electrical work done like lighting changed out and electric sockets change out. We need granite countertops installed. Carpet and luxury vinyl planks and tiles in the bathroom. We need someone who can install tubs, showers, and sinks. We need someone who can replace and or repair all interior and exterior doors. We need gutters installed and not by a gutter company. We need someone who can paint the railing and deck outside and who can replace the missing vinyl pieces outside and replace rotten wood outside. We need someone with a license who can cut down 3 trees for under $3000. We need someone that can get up on the roof and wash the black off and do a soft wash on the outside vinyl. We need asap.
